How to Withdraw
- Navigate to Withdrawals in the sidebar
- Check your available balance
- Select your preferred payment method
- Enter the withdrawal amount
- Confirm your payment details
- Click Request Withdrawal
Payment Details Setup
Before your first withdrawal, you need to set up your payment details:
PayPal
- Go to Settings → Payment Settings
- Enter your PayPal email address
- Save changes
Cryptocurrency
- Go to Settings → Payment Settings
- Enter your wallet address
- Double-check the address (crypto transactions are irreversible!)
- Save changes
Bank Transfer
- Go to Settings → Payment Settings
- Enter your bank details:
- Bank name
- Account holder name
- IBAN/Account number
- SWIFT code
- Save changes
Withdrawal Status
Track your withdrawal status:

| Rejected | Request was declined (check email for reason) |
Common Issues
Why was my withdrawal rejected?
Common reasons:
- Invalid payment details
- Account verification needed
- Suspicious activity detected
- Minimum amount not met
How long does it take?
Processing times vary by method. Cryptocurrency is fastest (usually same day), while bank transfers take the longest.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
Only Pending withdrawals can be cancelled. Once processing begins, it cannot be cancelled.
