Account & Registration
How do I create an account?
Visit mrshort.io, click Sign Up, and follow the registration process. You'll need to verify your email address.
Can I have multiple accounts?
No, each person is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Links & Shortening
How many links can I create?
There's no limit on the number of links you can create.
Can I customize my short link?
Yes! When shortening a link, you can set a custom alias instead of using the random one.
Can I edit a link after creating it?
Yes, you can edit the destination URL and other settings from your Links page.
What happens if I delete a link?
The short URL will stop working and show a 404 error.
Earnings & Payments
How much can I earn per click?
Earnings vary by country. Check the CPM rates in your Reports section for current rates.
When can I withdraw?
You can withdraw once you reach the minimum threshold ($5 for most methods).
Why wasn't my click counted?
Clicks may not count if:
- You clicked your own link
- The visitor didn't complete the ad process
- Traffic appears to be from bots or proxies
- Same IP clicked within 24 hours
How long do withdrawals take?
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Crypto: Within 24 hours
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
